Thank you for choosing Indian Impressions. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from our home in Victoria to yours. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Truganina, VIC.
  • Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Partners

  • Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Final rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Partners: We collaborate with reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery. Our primary partners include Australia Post (AusPost), Aramex/CouriersPlease, TNT, DHL, and FedEx.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following times are estimates provided by our carriers and start from the date of dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days (Metro) / 7–12 business days (Regional/WA/NT).
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days (Metro).
  • International Shipping (e.g., USA, NZ): 6–14 business days depending on the destination and service selected.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website or via the "Order Tracking" page on our site.

5. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We proudly offer international shipping, including to the United States.

  • Responsibility: For all international orders, the customer (recipient) is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applicable in the destination country.
  • Compliance: Indian Impressions is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

6. Address Accuracy & Redelivery

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a redelivery fee may apply to ship the item out a second time.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution, if your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us immediately at 0420 347 327 or admin@indianimpressions.com.au.
  • We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Your Rights: These terms do not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe or arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

8. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless otherwise requested, our couriers may have "Authority to Leave" (ATL) if they deem there is a safe place at your premises. Indian Impressions is not liable for any loss or theft of parcels once the carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.

9. Policy Changes

Indian Impressions reserves the right to update this shipping policy to reflect changes in carrier services or regulations. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
