All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. For international orders (including to the USA), the customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
