The details

• Lakshmi: four-armed, holding lotus flowers in her upper hands, one hand raised in blessing and the other extended with a stream of coins.
• Ganesha: four-armed, holding a bowl of modaks with the trunk curling towards it, one hand raised in blessing, and Mooshak the mouse at the foot of his lotus.
• Shared design: sunburst halos, engraved crowns and veined lotus pedestals.
• Antique gold finish: darkened recesses bring out the carving, even at this small size.

Sized for the home mandir

Caring for your idols

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and keep them somewhere dry. Avoid water, and don't use brass polish or cleaners: they strip the antique finish that gives the carving its depth.
